We uses J&T Express or Ninja Logistics (ninjavan) as our courier service, you may track for delivery via here (J&T Experess) or here (ninjavan). Any others courier preferences will be bared by customer. We will not responsible for any damages or losses occurred during the delivery. However if you like to receive on specific date, we can help you to arrange LALAMOVE or GRAB EXPRESS (customer has to bare the delivery fees according to their charges). Free shipping not included door gift's category.

Additional fee will required for photo background. Normally we match up for you with a plain color or arty style background and it's free (Kindly let us know if you have a particularly desired color/arty style background).

One free time of minor revision can be submit after draft complete (additional fee per revision required after once). Additional fee will be required if request to change photo or drawing style after draft completed (fee charge according to which drawing style & total pax); Please be understanding there is no way drawing can be 100% similar like photo.

Kindly inform in advance for photo merging/ changing posture/ clothes (Photo reference needed & additional fee required).

Goods damage must be contact us within 2 days after received (We won't accept after the time period).

If there is any defect/damage/wrong items after the product is received, we will review and make a reasonable replacement. We will not responsible for any damages if not our side or losses occurred during the delivery.

Courier fee shall bared by customer for products replacement.

Rebate code period is within 1 year. Birthday month discount are not entitled to softcopy, door gifts category and cannot be use together with 1st time purchase 5% off or rebate code.

照片背景需额外收费。纯色系列与文青风背景一律免费搭配，如有特别想要的色系/文青风背景也可以提前跟我们说明。

图稿完成后免费提供微调修改一次（修改多于一次，需额外收费）。图稿完成后如需更换照片或绘制风格将会以人像绘制图费用为计算（价格会根据绘制风格，绘制人数计算）；全作品为电子绘图，是无法100%和照片相似。

可以的。绘图需合拼、更换姿势、更换服装请提前说明（请把照片发给我们评估进行报价。）

如收到包裹后发现有任何问题，必须在2天内提出（2天后一律不受理）

商品收到后如有任何瑕疵/ 损坏/ 发错等问题，顾客需提供照片证明进行审核，我方会和运输公司进行评估审核并作出合理的赔偿。

如查询到不是我方或第三方运输公司的失误，包裹需退回进行审核&补发包裹，运费将有顾客承担。

回扣优惠为期1年内。生日优惠回扣不包括人像绘制图档，伴手礼商品并且不能同时与第一次购买5%回扣或回购金并用。
